D-Network prioritizes user satisfaction, which directly translates into maintaining a growing team of support professionals dedicated to aiding and assisting our users through two distinct channels.

24/7 Telegram support

Our dedicated serves as a quick-response platform where users can freely ask questions, seek advice, or resolve simple inquiries quickly by chatting with our online support team.

This channel is ideal for addressing immediate concerns. Our team strives to provide immediate assistance tailored to our users' needs whenever possible, or direct them to helpful online tutorials.

For topics that require second-level support, or where anonymity is a concern for users or moderators, our mods will request users to log into our website's dApp and submit a ticket for further assistance.

Ticket support

Reflecting our strong emphasis on user anonymity, D-Network offers a fully anonymous ticketing system that allows our users to contact support in private through our .

Our ticket support is operated by both first and second-level support, covering entry-level questions as well as engaging more deeply with our support team to address specific details.

As such, it may be slightly slower in response than our direct Telegram channel, but it still guarantees that users' issues are handled privately and anonymously by a qualified support team.

User safety comes first

By offering two support mechanisms, D-Network ensures that users can access the assistance they need effectively and comfortably, while upholding anonymity and user safety.

While D-Network's Telegram support is ideal for asking quick questions, it is not suitable for sharing personal information, screenshots, or handling complex issues where confidentiality is paramount.

For such cases, our Telegram moderators will direct users to our anonymous ticketing system, which allows for more in-depth details and troubleshooting that cannot be managed in the public channel.

Telegram is a good open communication platform; however, this comes with some cautionary warnings:

Please be aware that for security reasons, D-Network will never send direct messages to users on Telegram, nor request users to connect to any applications other than the official D-Network website.

This choice is deliberate for the following reasons:

  • Security Users will know that any direct message pretending to be from D-Network's team will be fraudulent.

  • Speed Our team will be able to address user questions more quickly and efficiently in a centralized space.

Frequent Questions D-Network will be able to gather frequently asked questions and address them in our or tutorials more quickly, making the answers readily available to benefit our entire user community.
